Teardrop Holes for 3d printing

I'm always manually creating teardrop holes on vertical surfaces to accommodate how 3D printing flattens the top of the hole.  This is very tedious.  Is there an automated way to create teardrop holes?  That would be an amazing feature to add to the hole tool as an option.  Is there some way I can automate this in the current fusion environment?

Create a teardrop component, then insert it into your file.  Use a joint to position it on a hole.

Here is a Blog Article and Video illustrating @etfrench suggestion.  In the later part of the video, I show how to place wood screw holes which Fusion 360 does not support.

My thought is that the slicer should do that compensation. I prefer to simply design in fusion '360. 

You could argue that it is part of design for manufacturability; I see it as f360 capabilities for a current idiosyncracy with a limited duration.
