Tangent perpendicular constraint

Is there any way to do a tangent perpendicular constraint?

Create a coincident constraint between the line and the center point of the circle/arc.

I don't think there is currently a direct way to do this. You need to add one or two constuction lines (depending on what is present in you sketch) and one perpendicular and one tangent constraint achive that result.  I hope the screenshot explains that well enough. In my case I just had to add one construction line highlighted in blue because in the screenshot it's otherwise hidden by the green dimensioning line.
