T-Spline Topology Error

Hey,

I am currently trying to build a simple model of a room attached to a corridor with a door separating them. I am making this for simulations in Star CCM+ and thus tried to make the model using form and creating surfaces instead of using the normal sketch-extrude method.

Whenever I try to finish form, it gives me a T-spline Topology error and suggests how I should go about fixing it. However, my problem is that when I do follow the instructions, nothing happens. I am unable to select a body when I use the Repair Body tool and I cannot think of any other way to get rid of this error. If I try to ignore the error and finish form, everything disappears.

I have attached a link to my model for reference.

Any help would be appreciated!

Any particular reason why you're using T-splines rather than surfacing tools?

This can and should be modeled wit the solid modeling tools. No surfacing, or T-Splines are necessary.

Mostly because I needed a hollow surface without a wall thickness and I didn't know any other way to do it

you can model it as solids, then from the surface menu "unstitch" one of the faces and everything will become surface bodies.
