T-Spline / Conversion Error request for assistance

I want to start off by saying thank you all for making this community great.  While this is my first post, I have seen amazing support from other users.

I am currently working on one of my 2nd project using Fusion 360.

I'm having an issue when mirroring and the collision effects it creates within the model.  If anyone has suggestions how to I should organize my workspace as well.  Any input would be appreciated!

I've attached my model link and a screenshot

Thank you guys again so much.

While I am not well versed with Sculpt, I believe you can get progress by not mirroring the body in the sculpt area.

As the body is now you have no thickness, and half of it will finish, and convert.

Finish the model in Patch or Solid area,

I would make a solid half, mirror, then shell, taking the 3 pipe faces out with the shell.

Might help....

With your help and some googling of the features this is what I did.

1. deleted my original mirror

2. went into patch mode

3. surface patched both ends to the pipe.  I learned the difference between it being red and green highlights

4. then I stitched everything together

5. went back into model mode

6. generated my mirror

Thank you again
