I always back up and look at the first sketch.
I would use Equal (=) and/or Coincident constraints rather than duplicate dimensions.
A change - changes everywhere.
Now on to the rest of the story...

Resolve issues as they occur.

What is the purpose of Sketch7?
Why did you create bodies and then remove them?
Sketch9 - I tell my students to create one line or one rectangle or one circle and dimension it (fully define) immediately, then move on to the next line, rectangle or circle and repeat. Now repeat again.
You should never have a screen full of blue geometry.
I recommend that you start over from scratch and stop and ask questions at the first sign of difficulty.
I generally consider my first attempt as simply a quick and dirty exercise to understand the geometry. Once I understand the geometry I almost always start over from scratch.
