Symmetry in sketches

Hello again all,

Just a quick thanks for all of the  help on my previous cam project. 

So my new question is this: is there anyway to apply a change made ot one of triangles in the sketch, and have it apply to all of the triangles?

It might be possible by using the equal constraint, but only if all the triangles are in one sketch.

If they are in diferent sketches you might want to define a esr parameter for teh defining dimension(s) and dimension the triangles using that parameter.

Then you just need to change those user parameters to have all triangles change accordingly.

I would start by dimensioning the triangle with a custom user parameter.  Then, when dimensioning the rest of the triangle use the same parameter.  When you edit the parameter value all of the triangle will update.
