Support for puzzle style design

I am designing something which is meant to come together like in the sketch below. Plywood, slots, tabs and glue.

What extra support is it for this in Fusion 360?

Like:

* Is there some tool which can make fingerjoints? (I'm gonna guess no 🙂 )
* Is there a tool to see if the fit is right? No overlap most of all?

* What is the best way to assemble these pieces? Rigid group?

Any help appreciated!

Hello @linus.engback ,

* Is there some tool which can make fingerjoints? (I'm gonna guess no 🙂 )

You can use the joints feature to just join the components or bodies.
* Is there a tool to see if the fit is right? No overlap most of all?

I would recommend you to try the interference to see any overlap in your model
From ribbon bar-->Inspect-->Interference-->select the bodies you want to check and click on compute.

* What is the best way to assemble these pieces? Rigid group?

The best way is to just create rigid joints for these blocks 🙂 . Rigid group will just make the selected items to not move and you won't be able to edit the location in future.
From my understanding rigid group is mostly used when we have some external subassemblies added to our model and those assemblies won't have any joints associated with it. So rigid group these sub assemblies will help save time in these cases.

Thanks! Let me know if this helps.
