Strange Problems

I'm Having some interesting issues:

1) I can create a joint between two components perfectly fine with no problems or warnings, but then when I try to edit the joint, one component turns 90 degrees to what it was before and sometimes it says there is a missing reference plane or something. I've started to select perpendicular faces when creating joints to get around the issue but that doesn't always work.

2) When entering parameters into a field, it sometimes doesn't let you type anything into the text box but forces you to choose something from the list that shows up. (Which is not usually what you are looking for)

3) Sometimes when editing parameters for a feature or joint it will start trying to type in multiple fields; it highlights the text and shows a blinking courser in each box. But it doesn't let you type anywhere.

Has anyone else experienced these or know how to fix them?

This is the first model I noticed it on.

If you look at the Rigid1 joint, the two planes I first selected are no longer parallel. But one of the joints changed its orientation or something.

The other two problems seem to be on all or most files.
