Stops responding when trying to make PDF/DWG

Once clinking on my part to "Create new drawing", a new window will open fine and then when I click on "base view" tab to start laying out the drawings it will stop responding. I have tried the with multiple parts and have udateded to the latest vesion and still no luck.

I’m really sorry for bringing this problem to you…

The process of create drawing from design contains getting the latest version of this design from server, loading the drawing workspace and displaying the base view; sometimes if the connection between server has intermittent issue, you will probably see Fusion hang or takes a long time to get the base view been layout;

One possible workaround in this situation would be switch Fusion to offline mode, as you already get the latest version, the design will be cached in your local machine, and create drawing can be very fast and smoothly in offline mode.

I tried to work offline but the problem still there, I supplied a screen shot of what is happening when I open the screen. The sheet that narmally appears is missing / hidden, and when I hover the courser over where it should be it will dissappear.

Sorry for previous workaround doesn't help, but the information from your snapshot is very helpful; We guess this is a known issue on Mac 10.10.4 and 10.10.5, which is related to graphics and it has been tracked as “FDWG-2630 Canvas is blank when creating new drawing from the data panel after upgrade Mac OS to 10.10.4 & 10.10.5” in our internal system; I will keep you update whether it has been fixed and updated.

You can resize the application window when you saw this problem, or create another drawing from the same design(don’t close Fusion). Let me know if it works for you:)
