Stop Joint rotation

Firstly I'm mostly a Solidworks user and been a Fusion 360 user mostly to create one off parts for my 3D printer or Router. I'm working on what should be very simple. I have a frame with a series of holes for tubes to go through. The holes are offset from each side creating an angle. 

 

Now the tubes are made of a rigid component and I have a sketch point to set the origin. I've tried to use a rigid joint but then I can't the tubes to follow the angle. I've tried a slider but again the tubes don't follow the axis. I've tried a ball joint and limited rotation and it seems to work, however if I were to make the frame longer or shorter the angle will change. 

 

Right now I'm using a contact sent which limited the rotation but it still moves.

 

How do I get the joint to follow another point?

Please attach you model so the forum users can take a look using your model.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.

Here is your model.  If you want to adjust where the tubes are linear to the frame, unlock the slider joint, named Adjust Position, in the top level, position and relock.  I will follow up with a Screencast on what I did.  By the way, I broke all external links to make upload more manageable so you want to use this on only reference if you do not want broken links.

After deconstructing the model It seems I wasn't that far off.  I am however left wondering if there is a more graceful approach. It seems rather unintuitive to create an extra body just to hide it. Why can't I create what I'm after with the geometry I already have?

I could not find any geometry to apply my slider joint to in either the frame or the tube assembly, even considering your geometry.  I did use your sketch in the tube assembly to create my sketch and body.  It is often a common practice to create joint geometry and then hide it.  Also I needed a body that was at an angle in the frame to work it and that required a 3D sketch.  There are always other ways to "skin the cat" but this is the first and easiest way I saw to do it.  I will be sending along the Screencast of the process, you can view if it needed but you seems to understand what I did already.
