stock thickness and pocket depth changes

I'm new to this tool and have a design that someone else set up that I need to edit. It looks like it was originally created in onshape and then imported. I need to change the stock material thickness (+1.95mm thicker) and the 3 pockets need to be 1.95mm deeper. It looks like I can just click on each pocket and add -1.95mm, correct or if not, what's the correct way of doing this? I can't find where to change the stock material thickness (from 2.8 to 4.75mm).

Not critical, but is there a way of changing the origin?

Thanks!

To be able to help you should upload the file.

Just extrude the back and the pockets.

OK, that worked, but in manufacture, I get 4 errors for each step. Pocket selections has 1 missing selection, no pocket selected to machine, X axis has 1 missing selection and Y axis has 1 missing selection. Also a warning saying that height (Z) less than the height of the selected model. Did I do something wrong or is there an additional step(s) needed?

I don't know why this is happening in your case.
Are you using a different part?
Attached the same with the other file.

Can you share a sreencast?

not sure what you meant by a screencast... I included a screenshot. If there's a particular operation that you'd like to see and if you want it recorded, please let me know how to produce what you want to see. Thanks!

A screencast is a record. You can download it.

What did you select for extruding?
You must take one by one as I did. Follow the steps on timeline.

If this is a one off and you don't need fixtures or other geometry, then just adding 1.95 mm to the stock should be all that's necessary.  Just edit your Setup as in the following image:

You may need to edit the Multiple Passes section on the Passes tab of each toolpath, if the depth of cut is too deep.

If you do want to change the model in the Design Workspace, then simply extrude the top surfaces 1.95mm.  Note: For some reason the 2d adaptive cuts into the model. You may be able to find a setting that fixes this, but it's easier to just change to 3d adaptive toolpath.
