STL Export of a Fusion 360 model from A360 website doesn't work

Hi - I'm having trouble exporting a F360 model from A360.

I can go to a different model in a different project, choose Export and see the STL appear in the project afterwards.

With the model that I'm having trouble with, I follow the same process but nothing ever appears in the project. No errors, nothing.

Any ideas?

Rob

Would you mind testing this again? There was a brief window where the translation service was down yesterday for an update. I'm curious if this behavior may be related.

As a work-around solution, you may be able to open the design and use the Save As STL command to get the desired results.

Save As STL.png

After creation, manually upload the STL file to the Project in A360 Dashboard.

Hope that helps!

Thanks,

The command should still be there. There may be a limitation with the type of body you are trying to export. Would you mind sharing a public link with me so I can take a closer look at the design?

File Share Public Link.png

Please enable the item to be download:

Enable Allow Item to be downloaded.png

Let me know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Hello, sorry to resurrect a dead topic.  Can you help me export a .stl?  Here's my public link.  http://a360.co/2atFrJt

Edit, never mind.  I'm using the File > 3D Print command to make an STL in PrintStudio.
