STEP export adds features

Hello.

When I export my model as STEP, a new feature is added to the STEP-file.

This is my model in Fusion360 before export:

This is the exported STEP-file viewed in 3d-Tool :

3dtool-step.PNG

Notice the face that has appeared inside of the shaft!

This is also there in Solidworks.

If I export the model in STL-format,  the bug is not present :

If I open the STEP file with Autodesks Online Viewer, the bug is not there.

Whats going on?

Can you share the stp file? I've always found solidworks to be one of the worst programs for sharing to and from by the way.

Comparing STP to STL is not a good comparison as STL is just a mesh.

Edit :

The upload attachement function doesnt work... Cant upload any files...

Here is my STEP file.

I just want to send my files out to my 3D-printer guy, and get parts in return that look like my model in F360.

No file Attached?

Try zipping it first.

Use web browser forum, not email reply.

When I check in Inventor and in SolidWorks - I do not see any anomalies in the geometry.

The part attached is different than the part in the first post, is this part a problem as well? What is the viewer in the first post, second picture?

This is the same part, but the picture is showing a section view.

The software is 3D-TOOL.
