Step-by-Step Tutorial : FORM->Part Design

Hi,

I'm trying to do the step-by-step tutorial:  FORM->Part Design.   At step 15of18, it says "...Now select the longest edge of the offset sketch and drag it outside the body."   I have tried every which way I can to drag this edge but it won't move - what am I supposed to do??
