Spherical hexagonal honeycomb

Need help with fixing the shapes of the hexagonal shapes, as you can see it's not geometrical symmetric (some shapes are bigger than others). I followed this YouTube video, however instead of 5 sides, I have 6  sides. Must be to do something with the dimensions right...?

Also followed the exact same procedure in the YouTube video, however still the same problem- they're not symmetrical 😞

Without going too deep into this, in the YouTube video, the author starts with Pentagon sketches (5 sides).  You are starting with Hexagon sketches (6 sides).  Maybe this is the root of your troubles.

Yes tried to replicate the youtube video, did the exact same thing in the video. However, you can also see from the yt video that it's not symmetrical all around...
