Im lost on this step. I do not know how to show that angle that is shown in the tutorial that my class provided.

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Welcome to the Fusion community and thank you for posting! I am not sure which angle you are referring to but you can add an angle by hitting tab key when drawing lines, or you can use Sketch Dimension tool after drawing lines. Please see the screencast below. I hope this helps!

To make that "dovetail" section, you need to delete the automatic constraints/icons.

 

highlight each right angle icon one at a time, delete with Delete Key.

the remove any Parallel icons the same way, 

 

now on you can add a Dimension to the "Points" on the tops of the Vertical Lines, to get the right shape, 

 

There are many ways to do the angled lines, but not with those constraints.

 

You can stop automatic constraints while drafting, if you hold the "Cntrl" or "Cmmd" key while placing end points.
