So I am just getting started w 3d modeling and printing. I made this in Tinkercad, but want to redo her in 360 so I can dial in the smaller details that I had trouble doing in Tinkercad. I am learning the sculpting in 360. One question for the folks out there that have an opinion. Is it best to create multiple “bodies” for eyes ears etc, and combine them? Or, create one single body, that is sculpted and modified to create the girl?
Thanks for any advise and or pointers.

You're right! It is a better option to create multiples bodies and combine them. I'm sure you have noticed when you try to make one body with many details it is kind of complex that the piece keeps a perfect shape, curvatures, etc.
