Smooth Edges on Mesh or Solid Body

Hello All,

I am trying to model a wooden top for a piece of furniture. I convert the jpeg to an STL using a script I wrote in Matlab. The resulting STL tends to be quite choppy when zoomed in on the edges (see images). I am wondering if there is a good way to smooth it a bit (either the original meshbody or the resulting solid body) with Fusion. I have attached the model for reference. Thanks for the  help

I think you are better off tracing the raster graphics file with Inkscape(there are a number of YouTube tutorials discussing the process) . The result is a .svg file.

While .svg files have their own challenges, this will provide you with a smoother result than the "pixelated" borders of the current data.
