SKP workable?

Can Fusion work with a 500MB SKP file? At least to downsize it? I've seen nixed answers about it

Try it? I can only assume a file that large contains raster images...But I know nothing about SketchUp other than I tried, hated it, and decided to "learn" Fusion (360).
