Sketching a 3D Skull from an SVG or DXF

Hello all. I could use a little help. I am trying to make a plaque for someone with a very specific design. Essentially I am trying to make a face shot of a skull coming out of a piece of wood. I want to use a drawing that I already have that I imported into the workspace, but all I can get it to do is extrude in 2D. I want a nice rounded profile, like a skull is supposed to look. I have searched videos, experimented with the sketch tools, but cannot find anything. Is there any tool that can help me stretch, round, sink, this thing?

This sounds like something that other tools might be better at than Fusion, but off hand, and without seeing the drawing, I'd say you should be in the Sculpt workspace and experimenting with how you can shape objects there. Try looking at the Sculpt tutorials. Extrude elements, push and pull and add divisions (as few as possible) to get the form you want, then convert to a solid and go to the Model workspace. Complex, organic shapes are not easily achieved in the Model workspace.
