sketches created prior to turning on history tracking un-editable

if a sketch was created prior to turning on design history, it becomes uneditable. see attached gif

You should have made this post in the design forum to get help. If you right click the base feature and select edit you can edit the sketches  while in the base feature edit mode.

and thank you for the help... i thought i had caught a bug and don't see a good way on the forum to report issues.
