Sketch unselectable

I have a sketch I'm trying to simply move. The select options list is checked to the max (besides select through). I can select it but once I use the move tool now I can't select it and it deselects the object I had pre-selected.

I've included the sketch so you can see for yourself. There are so many small bugs with every update, why are these small problems always around? I feel like I can't get anything done with this program... There is always some simple issue like using a specific font or selecting things.. that shouldn't be this difficult to do... There should really not have to be workarounds to something as simple as selecting an item...

Sorry, I'm just frustrated, nearly every time I use this program I make a video..

BTW, I tried to include the dxf file I exported and the website gives an error "The attachment's sketch file.dxf content type (application/x-dxf) does not match its file extension and has been removed."

I tried to post and got another error for no reason "Your post has been changed because invalid HTML was found in the message body. The invalid HTML has been removed. Please review the message and submit the message when you are satisfied."

Hey jondude1,

The lines you're trying to move are green, meaning they're fixed and therefore can't be moved. The magenta ones also won't be able to be moved- that color tells you those lines are projected from other geometry outside the sketch. If you want to move the green lines, you'll need to select them, right-click, and click "fix / unfix" in the popup menu. To alter projected lines, right click on them and select "break link".
