Sketch text in Drawings

In the drawing environment when I choose to show a sketch the sketch lines show up but the sketch text does not display, is this by design or a bug?

I can explode the text and then is shows up but then can no longer be edited in the model environment.

Hi,

just extrude the text in your design.

@g-andresen @ has given you the answer, I just wanted to add that you should use Thin Extrude with a very small height and wall thickness and select your text with a window for speed.
