Sketch pattern along a path

Hi,

I'm trying to create a pattern in the sketch editor that follows a curve. I've attached a picture for reference. The perforations/holes are currently created using the rectangular pattern tool using a single circle which is easy to extend in the horizontal or vertical direction along a straight path. However I need this perforation pattern to follow the curved line on the left hand side of the image. Any ideas on how I can do this?

Pattern along a Path, exists for solids, 

create the plate and a row of holes at the start of the curve, 

Use Create > Pattern > Pattern on Path, 

Using sketch patterns slows your computer down, Fusion prefers patterns with solids.
