Sketch overconstrained when it's not

Having trouble here. Fusion is showing the sketch is overconstrained when it's not.

Are you seeing this behavior with this specific model or with a brand new sketch as well?

I just tried it on a brand new sketch and the same workflow gives the results that you are looking for.

Also, I tried it on a new sketch and I drew the lines tangent while drawing and not after the fact and it seems to work. Here's a quick recording.

Hi Sachlene, thanks for the reply.

It's very inconsistent, this is just one of many examples of the sketch showing as constrained when it is not. Unfortunately, I cannot share the model with you as I have redrawn this sketch already. Thanks again.
