Sketch Grid Origins

Hi,

I have created a new component in my design on a plane of another components body. when I create a sketch in the new component the sketch grid orientation is not at the same angle as the component that it was created from. as such, if I draw rectangles in the new sketch they are not square with the other component I am adding to.

 how can I fix the grid origins?
