Sketch geometry chain selection issue

The selected sketch geometry was created and then mirrored to complete a full ellipse. I’m trying to loft between these two sketches, but the issue is that even with the chain selection option enabled, it doesn’t select the entire profile.

I’ve faced this issue multiple times. What could be causing it, and how can I resolve it?

From the image, I can't quite grasp the chain sketch selection.

Could you please attach the previous designs you've completed in Fusion? Export your design as a *.f3d file to your local drive and then attach it to your reply.

can't be sure from the just the screen shot.  with the .f3d file we can be more definitive.

I did come across a loft profile selecting bug the other day.  this may be the same situation (again, can't tell with out the file)

try un-checking the chain select box.  then, while holding down the ctrl key, select the additional curves for the profile.

are the curves for the profile constrained to be tangent to each other?
