Sketch axes on "plane along path" not horizontal and vertical

Hi,

I have a curved path. I created a plane along the path and created a sketch on that plane. However the axes of the sketch grid are not horizontal and vertical, they are on some random angle. It would be a lot easier if they were straight, is there a way to achieve this?

Sketch a horizontally or vertically constrained construction line on one of the Origin planes.

Project that construction line into the new sketch, convert it to a construction line as well, and then build stuff perpendicular or parallel constrained to that projected line.
