Simulation stuck at 1%

Hello, I have problems performing simulations on Fusion360 the resolution of the simulation remains stuck at 1% for hours without giving a result. 

Do you know where this problem came from?

- My Fusion 360 is updated

- I tried it on online https://fusion.online.autodesk.com but still the same.

- I also tried it with another computer but still stcuk at 1%.

- There is no status of "fail"

- My internet was stable

Hi @reynante_gabriel 

The team looked at your account and they didn't see any issues. They saw that you sent two jobs today, and both completed. If you're seeing active jobs in the Job Status dialog, try to Cancel them and resubmit the job(s).

I have the same problem with my fusion simulation. I've tried cancelling and rerunning the sim, but still getting the same result(simulation stuck at 1%). Would you kindly assist ?

Hi, I have the same issue. I tried with different files even with simple pieces, different laptops, and is not working. I shared it with my director and with his account it does work. May you help me please?

@dan.banach I have facing the same issue. Stuck at 1% and need the sim results by 48 hrs of posting. Any help is appreciated 🙂

I am also having this same issue. The status is stuck at 1 percent when trying to load a static stress test.
