Simulation Stock and Model offset issue

Offset_Error_1.jpg

Good Afternoon,

Could anyone tell me why I might be having this offset issue when creating a new setup on the opposite of a stock for milling some pieces? I have multiple components within this file for a series of parts I'm milling for my CNC machine. I have been able to create a new setup from the preceding stock and flip the Z axis without issue for all of them. This last bracket piece however is refusing to cooperate with my tool path when flipping Z and moving the origin. As you can see from the screenshot, the simulation model is offset a large amount on it's Z axis and the toolpath is now failing to generate. I can't seem to identify the cause of this issue and while I'm still working on it, I thought I'd reach out to the community on the chance that someone might immediately recognize my issue. I understand this post is brief so if you need more information, I'll be happy to provide it. Apologies for the horrid organization and state my file, I'm still learning.

Thank you,

You will need to attach your model so the Forum users can take a look.  If you do not know how to attach your Fusion 360 model follow these easy steps. Open the model in Fusion 360, select the File menu, then Export and save as a F3D or F3Z file to your hard drive. Then use the Attachments section of a forum post to attach it.

I feel you will get a better response it you post this question to the Manufacturing Forum.  From what I can see the stock for the last component is just too large for the project but I may not understand what you are trying to do.

I'll take my question over to them and see if they can narrow it down. I'll update this thread with the solution should I find it or have a moderator do whatever preferred method of housekeeping would consolidate this inquiry. Thank you again.
