Does number of faces in constraints affects the simulation. I ran three different simulation with keeping everything the same except the number faces I chose for structural constraints (Fixed ) .

1 Body is to be  fixed and other body has 49 Newton of force towards it

Scenario A: With 27 faces in constraints and 2.5 kg of force (49 Newton) , the other part displaced 8 mm .

Scenario B: With 8 faces in constraints and 2.5 kg of force (49 Newton) , the other part displaced .001 mm

Scenario C: With 68 faces in constraints and 2.5 kg of force (49 Newton) , the other part displaced .16mm

Also the stress level and safety factors changed

how is that possible? number of faces in structural constraints should not affect the end result as they are fixed. Whether there are  27 faces fixed or 8 or even 68 faces fixed , the end result should be the same

You will have to share at least images...but as mentioned above a link will work much better.

Constraints should always have an impact on the simulation unless you are literally just split facing the the same original face several times.

I have attached simulation video.  If I am doing something wrong in there kindly let me know.

Please share your model.

Export as .f3d and attach to the next post.

The File had a referenced model in it that was later removed, due to this it cant be exported. If I send you in some other format will it be fine?
