show hide + ghost in TS broken

you can see already hidden TS elements while you cannot select them in 3D view

take a look at the image

object mode shows all objects visible

ts mode shows all objects visible

and then in the next image shows all objects in browser hidden

In image 3, the bottom of the model browser is truncated, I don't know if this is direct modeling or parametric.

What are the steps to reproduce?

Specifically, from image 2 to image 3.
