Shelling outside, complex loft, turbocharger housing error

Hi dear Fusion community,

I am designing/simulating turbocharger housing for racing car and have trouble shelling outwards one piece of the loft that is part of the housing. Housing geometry is relatively complex. Inside its circular but outside it expands like a snail around center part that gets small as it goes around.

At this point I am getting pretty frustrated since i cant move forward and can not think of any other way to properly create shell for this contour/object.

If You find a reason why its not shelling and/or can suggest other way to do it it will be highly appreciated.

The file that you linked does not have a Timeline?

I have done a similar design, but I have no idea of how to diagnose geometry issues without a feature history.

I am using mesh 3d scans in this project and fusion cant work with timeline + mesh. I could have reverted to other file or enable timeline again, but i dont see much reason for it.
