You can fudge it outside of the Sheet Metal workspace, but I think what you're really looking for is a dimple command, which doesn't exist yet.

Thanks for your attention but I'm looking for a tool in the Sheet Metal environment.

Such examples are in Model environment and so you cannot have flat pattern.
