You can't. That geometry can be modeled, but it can't actually exist in the real world from a single sheet of material. Think about it.

Well obviously?  Let me rephrase my question.  When creating a flange like this is there a way to have it automatically put the proper clearance in?  If not what is the easiest way? Make a Sketch and cut the clearance?  Thanks
