Sheet metal flat pattern output DXF without bend lines

I'm looking for a way to output a DXF of a sheet metal part WITHOUT showing bend lines. My waterjet vendor needs just the outlines - otherwise the machine will cut along every bend. I have seen posts about bend lines NOT showing on the DXF so it seems like it is/was possible at one time, but I am not able to find a way to do it now other than redrawing the flat pattern. I have over 70 files created in 3D form so redrawing is not my first choice. I see the value in having the bend lines as well as not having them so if there is a toggle option for this, that would be great.

I have tried to turn off the visibility of the bend lines and then outputting the DXF, but no luck.

Attached is the archive file of the part as well as the flat pattern DXF. Thanks in advance for any help.

Here's one way:

  1. Unfold the model.
  2. Start a new sketch.
  3. Project the model to the sketch (Selection Filter set to Bodies).
  4. Export the sketch as dxf.
