Sheet Metal Component Will Not Unfold

Hello,

I am unable to unfold (or produce a flat pattern for) a sheet metal component, although the subassembly will unfold. The error is as follows:"The selected stationary entity is not connected to any bends..." screen shot attached .....

Can you File>Export and then Attach the *.f3d file here (delete all of the other bodies from the file).

I noticed that when I tried to erase component 4.1, 5.1 (the component that will not unfold) lost some of its features (four of the flanges): perhaps related to the unfolding issue….
