Sheet Metal - Change angle of flange without using timeline?

When designing in sheet metal mode, I can set the angle of a flange by directly typing it in during creation. Here I created a flange at 30 degrees and I can then go back and change the angle to 31 degrees by editing the feature in the timeline. If I built this same shape in the modeling mode (or say I imported a STEP file that I then converted to a sheet metal body) then there is no feature in history where I've set the flange angle so I cannot edit it. Obviously Fusion knows all the bend angles. Is there another way for me to select the bend angle and manually define them?
