Set the distance between lines

Greetings.

I'm a newbie here with zero CAD experience. I've made a couple of simple nick nacks, but now I'm trying to design a radio bezel. So I've created a sketch, extruded it to the appropriate thickness, created a sketch on that and cut a rectangular hole through the original sketch by doing a negative extrusion.

Now I need to adjust the hole position and size by setting the distances between the vertical and horizontal lines of the hole and the corresponding external vertical and horizontal lines of the original sketch.

If someone can point me in the right direction it would be great!

Thanks!

I do appreciate your response. I will need to fix holes for mounting, so this is very helpful but my original question pertains to the rectangular opening for the radio itself.

Excellent, now how do I relate the four sides of the rectangular opening to the four external sides of the body?

OK, I used the dimension feature of the sketch palate to dimension the opening. Thank you for the help!

One Dimension for each.

Lots of ways to get the same thing in CAD, aligned midpoints, etc.

Might help....
