SECTION AND VIEWS IN DRAWING DETAIL

You can change\set it easily when you create the view just by moving the mouse either side of the line. After creating the the view you can move the section view on the sheet.
The only way I can see to edit after creation is to use Rotate but it doesn't work too well because the 2d drawing space doesn't recognise midpoints. Here's a screencast the first part shows creating a section view and moving the view then shows how to rotate and reposition the section line.
