Search my recent data -MESSAGE_SERVER_ERROR only when searching specific thing

I use my data panel alot, and works "ok" for the most part, however - when i search for "ksr" it never allow me to search. throws an error every time i try to find these models. What can i do?

Good luck. I've had this problem for six months. No amount of support cases gets it resolved. It's allegedly sitting with an engineer who's done absolutely nothing about the problem.
