Screencast upload problem

I am having the same issue described in the thread "Screencast Nasty Bug" from 2016. A Screencast recording will not upload and gives status as "sign in required". When I click the "sign in required" link it repeatedly pops up a window saying "requested service not available". This as been the case since yesterday (but I haven't used screencast for some time previous).

Please try reinstalling and do not sign out of the software that you have used for screencast.

I'm unclear as to what you mean by, "the software that you have used for screencast".  Are you talking about Screencast itself, or Fusion which I'm trying to use it with?  Is there an uninstall procedure I should do first? (I'm working on a Mac.)

Hi,

1. maybe the upload wasn´t complete > take a look

upload complete?upload complete?

 

2. try CLEAN UNINSTALL (Fusion)

But here's the problem.  This error comes up continuously when I try to sign in as is requested in the "status" column.
