Screen is all grey including model

For some reason, my screen is completely grey, including the model, and none of the settings help.  I found this screencast that shows the problem: https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/fusion-360/learn-explore/caas/screencast/Main/Details/acb0d75...

It doesn't do this on my other computer running an NVIDIA graphics card, so it appears to be some conflict with my laptop's graphics card.  I've tried adjusting the performance settings, updating drivers, etc. and nothing helps.

Here's the screenshots:

I appreciate any help resolving this matter.  Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 forum.

The graphics diagnostic shows two things that are interesting.

First, your graphics card is integrated Intel 64 MB graphics. This is just about the lowest video card/chipset you can run Fusion on in terms of capacity. Most serious CAD graphics start at 1 GB (and good ones are ~4 GB or greater), yours is 0.064 GB. Does this machine have a dedicated graphics card, other than the Intel chipset?

Second, you still are running Ambient Occlusion, which is one of the heavy effects.

Things you can try, if you haven't yet:

  1. Preferences > General > Graphics Driver > (use DX 11)
  2. Turn off all effects, including Ambient Occlusion.
  3. Make your Fusion window a little smaller.
  4. Restart your computer.

Thanks,
