scaling a drawing

How do you scale a drawing never had to do it so don`t know, I know how to scale a body that`s easy. but the drawing for the body don't know it need`s to go from 1000 mm to 100 mm doing the body will be .1 the drawing?????

If you are talking about the 2D drawing, the view scales can be modified by editing the view. I hope this answers your question.
