Scaling a Drawing View

The simpliest thing has me held up. When setting my base view in my drawing I am only given 1 option for the scale; 1:4? I am able to select other options from the drop down such as Orientaion, Hidden Line, Tangent Line, ect. So I placed the view at 1:4 scale then tried to edit the properties to select 1:1 scale, and same thing. There are no drop down options?

Hi @Anonymous,

Do you think you could share the file with me so I could try to see if I can replicate the error?

Thanks,

Sure James,

I would love to. Have to admit that I am brand new to fusion so I need some assistance on how to share the file. Thanks

There are several ways to do that. You could export it as a .f3d file and attach it to your next post.

or you can share a link to it in your next post.

if James or another Fusion 360 user provides their email address, you can also use the data panel or A360 to where the entire project or a single file with them.

Hi @Anonymous,

Yep, you can export the .f3d file (assuming that this file does not have any external references) by going into the File menu and selecting Export-->Fusion 360 archive file type. Then you can send it over to me at james.youmatz@autodesk.com. If this doesn't work you can share the project via public link by clicking the "Share" option in the File menu.

Thanks,
