Here's a few pointers.
First I'd draw 3 circles then draw a line between centres of 2 of them.

Then add a mid point constraint and equal constraints for the diameters.

Next add a coincident constraint to your path and may be a horizontal or perpendicular as well. You can add the dimensions at this point, I'd use the scaled up sizes rather than change them after.

You also have the option to create rectangular arrays in a sketch, you can use parameters for the spacing.

You also have the option of a pattern on path, you can draw the path in the same sketch as the holes. After extrude\cut to make the holes you'll need to turn the sketch back on to use the path curve. I've used a perpendicular constraint and coincident to align the holes to the path.

After cutting the first set of holes use Pattern on Path from the Modify menu. For the pattern type select Feature and select the Extrude feature from the time line.
