Saving / recovery error message

I get this message a lot, randomly. Does anyone know why ?

Yes, this one is admittedly a bit confusing.

Fusion saves a "crash recovery" file every once in a while, in case Fusion crashes, we can recover the file.  However, this process cannot run while a command is active.  So, if you have  a command that you have been running for a long time, the crash recovery process never gets a chance to do the save.  This dialog is just telling you that you are a bit "unprotected" because this has not happened.  You can either save (by clicking "Save") at this point, or ignore it by clicking "Cancel".
