Rounding the edges on irregular form

Hello everyone. I am having great difficulty getting the edge of this solid rounded. I added some  fillets to try and help round it out but they just aren't substantial enough. I have been using Fusion for a few years doing toolpaths on basic forms. Now we are designing new components and I am delving deeper into working with solids. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Also I know my design is a mess ha ha, I am still learning good practices.

You'll never get a good shape with multiple fillets.  I would start fresh and just draw each outside end profile, then surface loft between them.  Use an offset face of the main body as the inner side.  Combine both and you should be able to create a larger fillet along the outer edges.
