Rotating sketch objects within rectangular pattern constraint

Hello,

I am hoping someone can advise me on a solution for a problem I am running into.

I have included a video documenting a challenge I am encountering while trying to rotate a set of objects within a 'rectangular pattern' constraint.

As initially shown in the video, while the objects are within the rectangular pattern, they will not rotate around the pivot point.

In order to obtain the desired behavior, the constraint must be deleted. However, by doing this I lose parametric control over the spacing of the object.

I am looking for a solution whereby I can rotate the objects around the set pivot point, while being able to change their spacing using a defined parameter.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Can be done, depends on how you want it to work, 

Constraints with dimensions, you can do what you want with lots of constraints and the spacing dimension.

The circle diameter is made equal to all the others, 

The circles are coincident to the box corners and midpoints, 

the box sides are parallel, 

one corner of the box is perpendicular, 

Would be fully constrained if attached to origin, but didn't do that

Thank you for posting. The solution you posted works. I had hoped there was an option using the 'rectangular pattern' since I have a lot of these 2x3 circle patterns in my design. I'm using these to be the basis for Braille cells, so in addition to using the 'rectangular pattern' to control the spacing of the 2x3 circle, I was using the pattern function to control the spacing multiple cells (groups of 2x3).
