Two questions:
1) Is there a way to rotate the view an arbitrary amount? For example: say I'd like to rotate the view by...3°? I'm a little OCD, so I would probably never rotate by 3° and mentally survive, but if I wanted to do that, could I, by entering a number somewhere?
2) Can I change the "rotate CW/CCW" default degree amount? For example, when I click the "rotate CW/CCW" arrow buttons in the upper right-hand corner, those default to 90°. Can these buttons be changed to, say, 45°? I think 45° might be the optimal amount for me, but perhaps some people just want to work in 180° rotations all the time? Might be nice to have a setting for that.
Thanks!
To both #1 and #2: not that I know of. However, I think #1 could be accomplished using the Fusion 360 API - it might be a good (ie: small) project if you're interested in learning how to write a plugin/script...

#2 can be done by creating planes at each arbitrary angle you want and adding a sketch to each. Use Look At to change the view.
